Please use this form when you are ready to pay your $300.00 membership fee.  The primary contact on the form will receive an email that may be used as the invoice.  Colleges may pay online using paypal or by mailing a check to the CACCRAO secretary.

Once your registration has been verified, you will receive an additional email with your credentials to create an account for you and your staff.  Staff must login to the website in order to register for events with member benefits.
