CACCRAO welcomes all vendors to the 41st annual CACCRAO conference, April 29 to May 2, 2018 at the Holiday Inn Capitol Plaza

The annual CACCRAO conference typically sees participants from all over the 114 California community colleges. Being a vendor at the annual conference is a great opportunity for you, your fellow representatives and your organization, to network, demonstrate, and socialize with current and potential clients in a vibrant and dynamic conference experience that brings you and your product(s) side by side with end users. We offer two vendor member levels, gold and silver. At $2,500, the Gold Member donation provides you with a conference display table and allows for a 50 minute workshop. At $2,000, the Silver Member donation allows for a conference display and demonstration area. Please consider this opportunity as we move towards the 2018 spring conference.

Gold Membership ($2,500) [Limited to 8]

Gold Members are able to host a 50 minute workshop and, if desired, sponsor a scholarship. Workshop proposal forms can be found at Conference Session Proposal Form. Remember to bring you own laptop and connecting cable for the workshop.

Also includes:

  • Conference display/demo area, including an 8 ft. table, chairs, and power
  • Participation in Vendor “meet and greet” social event on Monday, April 30th
  • Ticket to Monday breakfast (2), Monday lunch (2), Tuesday breakfast (2), and Tuesday lunch (2). Additional tickets may be purchased for $175 per additional representative.
  • Vendor link prominently display on CACCRAO website
  • Sponsorship of an event (e.g. breaks, social events, luncheons, dinner parties)
  • Scholarship for one 2018 conference attendee

Silver Membership ($2,000) [Limited to 11]

  • Conference display/demo area, including an 8 ft. table, chairs, and power
  • Participation in Vendor “meet and greet” social event on Monday, April 30th
  • Ticket to Monday breakfast (2), Monday lunch (2), Tuesday breakfast (2), and Tuesday lunch (2). Additional tickets may be purchased for $175 per additional representative.
  • Vendor link prominently display on CACCRAO website

Conference Vendor Refund Policy

Full refund less $25.00 processing fee if requested by March 24. Refunds will be processed after April 30. No refunds for cancellations received after March 24, 2018. Ticket may only be used by the person named on the ticket.
