CACCRAO welcomes all vendors to the 40th annual CACCRAO Conference at the Doubletree Hotel by Hilton, Mission Valley in San Diego, California.  The CACCRAO conference typically sees participants from all over the 113 California community colleges which includes 72 community college districts.  This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase products and services that your company can provide.
We offer two levels that vendors may participate in the conference: Gold and Silver.
Gold Membership ($2,500) [Limited to 12]
Gold Members are able to host a 45-minute workshop and sponsor a scholarship. Workshop Proposal Forms can be found at 2017 Conference Session Proposal Form
Also includes:
  • Conference display/demo area, up to 8’ by 10’ (6 ft. table, chairs, power, etc.)
  • Participation in Vendor “meet and greet” at a wine and cheese event on Monday April 24th
  • Ticket to Monday breakfast (1), Monday lunch (1), Monday dinner (1), Tuesday breakfast (1) and Tuesday lunch (1).  Additional tickets may be purchased.
  • Vendor link prominently displayed on CACCRAO website
  • Sponsorship of an event (e.g. energy breaks, luncheons, breakfasts, or dinner party)
  • Scholarship for one 2015 conference attendee
  • A 45-minute workshop slot on a first come first serve basis

 

 Silver Membership ($2,000)
  • Conference display/demo area, up to 8’ by 10’ (6 ft. table, chairs, power, etc.)
  • Participation in Vendor “meet and greet” at a wine and cheese event on Monday April 24th
  • Ticket to Monday breakfast (1), Monday lunch (1), Monday dinner (1), Tuesday breakfast (1) and Tuesday lunch (1). Additional tickets may be purchased.
  • Vendor link prominently displayed on CACCRAO website

Hotel Information

Hotel reservations can be made using the reservation link below.  The location of the conference is at the DoubleTree by Hilton in San Diego CA.

Registrants are responsible in making their own hotel reservations.  Block rates are $149.00 for April 23 to April 26.

Conference Vendor Refund Policy

Full refund less $25.00 processing fee if requested by March 24. Refunds will be processed after April 30. No refunds for cancellations received after March 24, 2017.  Ticket may only be used by the person named on the ticket.
