Refund Policy 2012 

Full refund less $25.00 processing fee if requested by March 30, 2012.

50% refund less $25.00 processing fee if reqeusted after March 30, 2012.

No refunds for no show attendees.

Substitutions and Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made in writing by March 30, 2012.

Refunds:
All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Deadlines for refunds of conference registration fees:
• By March 30, 2012 Full refund less $25 processing fee

• No shows will not receive a refund of fees
